Vaughan is the jolly brawler. He prefers melee fighting to ki blasts. His reasoning is this: if you can move fast enough, there's no need for ranged combat. That doesn't mean Vaughan doesn't use ki moves; they just aren't his first choice. Because of this, he can often be seen running and flying around Conton City to become faster. Vaughan also uses a sansetsukon, a 3-part segmented staff.
Vaughan's very easy-going and has a humorous comment for almost all situations, which can range from very clever to pretty groan inducing. He smiles and laughs often. Vaughan also twiddles his hair when thinking and plays the harmonica.
Before joining the Time Patrollers, Vaughan was a World Martial Arts tournament finalist 6 times and champion 2 times and a champion marathon runner. He's a top graduate of the Laughing Demon School of martial arts, a style that mixes humor into combat to throw off the opponent.

Team relations
Roka: Vaughan often calls Roka "Boss" as a nickname. As one of the first people he's known to outrun him, he gives Roka a level of respect.
Arctant: Vaughan's been trying his best to get Arctant to crack a smile. It's possible to tell when he's smiling even with his mouth shield up.
Shibuu: Vaughan has fun playfully dodging Shibuu's hugs. He lets her catch him after a few tries.
Hunnydu: Vaughan knows to cut the jokes most of the time when Hunnydu is around. However, that doesn't mean he won't try to slip a quip in every now and then at her expense. They're mostly about minor things.
Pluum: Vaughan tries to keep a good relationship with Pluum as they're the sole humans on the team. He's always willing to lend and ear and cover her in battle.
Argot: Vaughan throws every dad joke he finds Argot's way. The Namekian really seems to enjoy them.
Puchon: Vaughan knows better than to poke fun at Puchon's struggles with his body image and encourages him to run with him as often as he can.

Original moves:
Blowback Fist/Kick: After landing a punch/kick, Vaughan blasts the opponent with a ki burst fired from the used hand/foot.

Clothesline Sling: Vaughan clotheslines his opponent at full speed and flings them away or turns it into a headlock.

Sucker Punchline: Vaughan tries to catch his opponent off-guard with a simple joke. While they're puzzling over the answer or why he would joke in the middle of a fight, he hits his opponent with his strongest and fastest sucker punch. It's not his most effective technique, but it's jarring when it works.

Blind Sider: Vaughan slips a punch in his opponent's blind spot with a feint to distract first.

Blitz Breaker: Vaughan charges all his ki into spheres around his fists and unleashes a barrage of rapid punches upon his opponent with the spheres sticking to his target. With a final spinning back kick, he places one last sphere and kicks away, causing all the spheres to detonate.
